Where permitted by applicable law, this section requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration and waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. Nothing here overrides rights that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction.
1. Informal resolution first
Before starting a formal proceeding, you agree to contact us and give us a genuine opportunity to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
2. Agreement to arbitrate
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these agreements or the Service that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.
3. Class-action waiver
Where enforceable, you and cryptotrader.bot agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
4. Right to opt out
You may opt out of this Arbitration Agreement by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting it. Opting out does not affect any other part of your agreements with us.
5. Governing law & severability
This Arbitration Agreement is governed by applicable arbitration law. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect to the fullest extent permitted, and mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.
