This Software License Agreement (the "License") governs your use of the cryptotrader.bot software, models, dashboards, and related services (the "Software"). By using the Software, you accept this License. The Software is licensed, not sold.
1. Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with this License and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Software for your own lawful trading automation. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.
2. What the Software is
The Software is an automation and analytics tool. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or financial institution. It never takes custody of your funds. All orders are executed on third-party exchanges using API keys that you provide and control.
3. Restrictions
You may not, and may not permit others to: (a) copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software or your account; (d) circumvent or disable any security, licensing, or usage-metering features; or (e) use the Software to build a competing product.
4. No performance or profit guarantee
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal, backtest, or automated action will be profitable. Past performance and simulated results are not indicative of future results. You bear full responsibility for every trade placed through your connected accounts.
5. Ownership
We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. See the Intellectual Property Agreement for details.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or revoke this License immediately if you breach it, if your subscription lapses, or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or violates law. Upon termination your right to use the Software ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
7. Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Software at any time. This License applies to all updates unless an update is accompanied by separate terms.
