This Privacy Policy explains what data cryptotrader.bot collects and how we handle it. We collect only what we need to operate the Service.

Account data: your name, email, and hashed password. Configuration data: your bot settings, subscription tier, and preferences. Exchange credentials: the API keys you choose to connect, stored encrypted at rest. Usage data: logs and metrics needed to run, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to provide and maintain the Service, generate signals and execute the actions you configure, process subscriptions, secure accounts, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How your secrets are protected
Exchange API keys and webhook signing secrets are encrypted using authenticated encryption (AES-256-GCM) before being stored, and are never returned to the browser in full. Passwords are salted and hashed. Public API keys are stored only as one-way hashes.
4. Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate: a payment processor for subscriptions, cloud hosting and database providers, and the cryptocurrency exchanges you explicitly connect. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
