By creating an account or using cryptotrader.bot (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
cryptotrader.bot is a software platform that generates trading signals and, where you connect your own exchange API keys, can place orders on your behalf according to configurations you choose. The Service is a tool. It does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee any outcome or profit.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade digital assets. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Exchange connections & your keys
When you connect an exchange, you provide API keys that you control. You are responsible for the scope of permissions you grant (we recommend disabling withdrawal permissions). Your keys are encrypted at rest and are never displayed back to you in full. You may revoke a connection at any time.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineering the strategy internals, reselling access without authorization, abusing the API or rate limits, or using the Service for any unlawful activity.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be accurate or profitable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cryptotrader.bot and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
