This Intellectual Property Agreement describes ownership of the cryptotrader.bot software and content, and the limited rights you receive.
1. Our ownership
The Software, including its source code, models, algorithms, signals, dashboards, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of cryptotrader.bot and its licensors. Using the Software does not transfer any ownership to you.
2. Limited license to you
You receive only the limited, revocable license described in the Software License Agreement. No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of configurations, notes, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
4. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or obligation to you.
5. Trademarks
cryptotrader.bot names, logos, and marks may not be used without our prior written permission. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.
